Performed a Pre-Purchase Due Diligence Inspection for Positive Images, Inc to identify the immediate repair and renovation costs to bring the building to an acceptable office condition and mitigate code compliance issues.
The building was owned by another local non-profit agency who had run a social services program from that location for a number of years. The operations had recently been moved to a new location and a building renovation was begun. Positive Images was purchasing the property as a distressed property, as the current owner was not able to continue with the renovations.
The Due Diligence costing used industry accepted costing guides to determine the value of renovations still required to be done.
